CAROLINE WIGMORE & JEN GREEN's new musical gets development production at GSA

THE VELVETEEN DAUGHTER, a new musical by CAROLINE WIGMORE and JEN GREEN, is playing at the Guildford School of Acting for four performances from 23 to 25 February. The show is based on a true story of two remarkable women - Margery Williams Bianco, the author of one of the most beloved children's books of all time, "The Velveteen Rabbit", and her daughter Pamela, a world-renowned child prodigy artist whose fame at one time greatly eclipsed her mother's. The musical explores the complex public and personal relationship between the two women and their wider public.
